Nutrient Analysis of Foods taken by Married Pilots of 10th Fighter Wing

Abstract

|
An analysis of married pilot´s food was performed in the 10th base hospital, 10th Fighter Wing. Authors reported an analysis of bachelor pilot´s food already in 1964(J. Aviation Med. ROKAF, Vol. 12-2, September 1964). In the present study we employed an indirect method in measuring food amounts by distributing a format of a sheet to the wives of 20 pilots. Nutritionally adequate recommendations were given together with an example of standard menu.
